I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share some exciting news with you – Woollen Wytch is on the move!
As much as Ant & I love our current rented home in Bristol, we are embarking on a new adventure by moving to our first home together in Weston-Super-Mare. While this is a thrilling time for the two of us, I wanted to be transparent with you about potential delays in shipping of orders during this current chaotic transition.
Moving our home is a big step, and it comes with its own set of challenges. However, rest assured that I'm committed to minimizing as much disruption as humanly possible- although I am only human.
As we relocate, there might be slight delays in processing and shipping your orders. Everything is packed in very similar boxes, and it can take a time to locate the right one to find the stock we need for your order. I know how important it is to receive your items promptly, and I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
This move represents an exciting chapter in our journey as a small business. We are confident that this change will allow us to serve you even better in the long run. (Ant & I are already looking at building a dye shed at the new house so I can concentrate on creating new fun bright colours)
