We're exhibiting @ Southern Wool Show
Originally booked for 2020, the Southern Wool Show will be back this September 4th & 5th at Newbury Racecourse - and Woollen Wytch is exhibiting!
Since beginning Woollen Wytch in 2019, I haven't had much of a chance to exhibit at any local Wool Shows in the UK. Partly because Bristol and the South West are severely lacking in Yarn shows. However, back in 2020, just before the first UK Lockdown, I was lucky enough to be able to exhibit at Cornwoolly in Pool, Cornwall. I had a lot of fun, and was looking forward to the Southern Wool Show, but for obvious reasons it was postponed.
As much as I was looking forward to it, I was also sort of glad. At the start of 2020, I was still trying to find my feet with Woollen Wytch, working out what I wanted and where I was going with everything. So, to have it postponed until this year has really worked in my favour. I've got a new logo, new packaging and a better sense of who I am as a Indie Yarn dyer.
What can you expect at the Southern Wool Show?
I've made a real effort this year on updating and polishing everything for the Southern Wool Show and I've got a few new spangly displays to show off my hand dyed yarn and stitch markers.
Over the weekend, I'll be releasing new colourways, new stitch marker designs and 2 brand new knitting tools, of which you'll be able to grab in person directly from me during Southern Wool Show.
Please be aware, this is a Ticket only event, so you'll need to book your tickets prior to arriving. You can get them here.
I can't make it! Will I miss out?
If you live too far away or you're unable to make it to the show, don't worry, I've got you covered. I'll also be doing a major Shop Update, coinciding with a Instagram Live to show off my new wares and answer any questions you might have. Time to be confirmed on Friday evening, but I'm hoping for around a 9am start for the Live on Saturday 4th. Make sure you follow me on Instagram and Turn on Notifications so you don't miss it.
Catch me at Southern Wool Show, Newbury Racecourse- September 4th & 5th 2021.
